It all begins with an idea.

This series of expressionist works is bold in its use of contrasting colour and dynamic brushstrokes. The brushstrokes are painterly and fluid, at times geometric, reminiscent of a patchwork quilt. The works are inspired by places I love, like Mount Hotham in Victoria and Luna Park in Sydney.
