It all begins with an idea.

This series of abstract works tells the story of a trek along the Larapinta trail - a pebbly, undulating track in the Northern Territory, covering in total 223km from east to west, starting in Alice Springs and following the MacDonnell Ranges. Every day on the trail is different. These are my reflections of that experience - the wonderful colours, the wildflowers, and the natural contours of the land - all experienced with a fabulous group of women.
